5. Information War

The Cartel has essentially limitless power when it comes to material things, but they are still vulnerable to one thing: people knowing what they’re doing. It’s the one thing they fear. The fact they go to such great lengths to censor the news and fake democracy is an admission of this weakness. Reason being, no matter how much money you have, the world is still run by its people. By accepting the ridiculous rules of this monopoly game and continuing to play, we are all unknowingly powering the scam. If just a mere 25% of the population were to become aware of the Cartel, I believe they would fall from power. Except convincing one in four people isn’t as easy as it sounds. I’d estimate that right now less than 1% know the full extent of the situation, and the Cartel is hell bent on keeping it that way. So long as people don’t know how it works, they’re protected.

But thankfully we now have something our parents did not: the internet. From the printing press to the radio to the telephone to the television, each leap in our technology had a dramatic impact on our culture and our information, yet there is no precedent for the digital revolution. Even at this nascent stage, every single person in the whole word is suddenly connected. And not only that- we can communicate instantaneously and we have immediate access to quantities of information larger than ever even existed. Consider that we now create as much information in two days as we did from the dawn of civilization up until 2003. Sure, much of that information is just pictures of cats and pornography, and for the time being we remain mostly tied to traditional media structures. But the Cartel is not stupid, and they know that the internet poses a dire threat to the infrastructure I discussed in chapter 2. Specifically, they know that the increasingly distributed nature of our connectivity will challenge their ability to control the system by acting on strategic nodes of power. The web represents an infinite number of paths for information to travel, making it essentially impossible to control through a few specific choke points.

As always the Cartel has put together a clever plan to address this. Since they won’t be able to control the flow of information between people, the Cartel has decided that the next best option is to control the people directly. Two important elements are required for this:

1. The ability to monitor the activities of all individuals in the system
2. The ability to remove individuals from the network without disrupting the system

Of course, both these activities are very clearly protected against by the Constitution:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. -Fourth Amendment, Bill Of Rights

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence. -Sixth Amendment, Bill of Rights

Unfortunately, the Cartel sees the Constitution like a sprinter eyeing a hurdle in the 100 yard dash, so it should come as no surprise that in the last 10 years both the fourth and sixth amendments have been legally obliterated. For that we can thank the Global War on Terror, which is the nexus of the Cartel’s strategy for maintaining power into the future. To the common person operating within the Cartel’s carefully manicured consensus reality, the war on terror may seem like a reasonable reaction to the violent threat of extremism. But to anyone looking at the situation rationally, the idea that we should be sacrificing our most fundamental rights in the name of fighting “terror” is patently absurd.

Like the same line parroted over and over in that Conan O’brien video, the American people have been persistently scared shitless about imaginary people coming to kill them, to the point where most folks accept terrorism (to varying degrees) as a reasonable justification for starting two wars, murdering millions of people, and sacrificing our basic rights. For something significantly less dangerous than high cholesterol. To those familiar with the Cartel’s operation however, it’s clear that this manipulation is the beginning of something far more sinister. Specifically, what we are witnessing is the equivocation of dissent and violent radicalism. If the enemy can be defined as anything that threatens the state, when the state is corrupt, anyone advocating for truth/freedom/democracy is by definition an enemy of the state. Or to use the Cartel’s term, an enemy combatant.

Anyone who … speaks out against the government’s policies could be declared an “unlawful enemy combatant” and imprisoned indefinitely. That includes American citizens. -Marjorie Cohn, Law Professor, on the Military Commissions Act of 2006

Thanks to the Patriot Act, the National Defense Authorization Act, and The Military Commission Act, the legal basis for our civil rights has been shredded. National security is now a blanket term that can be used for anything, and in a twisted bit of logic, it does kind of make sense that those of us fighting for the truth are indeed a threat to the state. Also, in a backwards way, redacting information that would implicate the state in acts of terror does in fact protect the state. It’s a total clusterfuck. Also note that if you’re within 100 miles of the border, the Constitution itself is no longer applicable, which conveniently includes 2 out of every 3 people.

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. -Ben Franklin

Although I am tempted to stop here and move on to chapter 10, I would be remiss to discuss the Cartel’s War on Truth without analyzing the event which spawned the madness: 9/11. To anyone with a Cartel manicured worldview, the idea that the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon could have been orchestrated by anyone other than Bin Laden is simply not credible. One would have to be alleging a paranoid conspiracy of historical proportions, spanning the breadth of our media and political institutions. And for what purpose? A simple discovery of chemical weapons would have been sufficient to start wars in the Middle East, and would have been considerably less complicated than flying airplanes into buildings. But these arguments are based on faulty information. Without knowledge of how the Cartel dominates our institutions on a day to day basis, it’s difficult to see how it would even be possible. Without knowledge of the Cartel’s desperation in the face of an uncertain future, it’s difficult to understand why such a traumatic event would be necessary for controlling the population (AKA the post-9/11 mindset). But you have heard my story, and even if you don’t believe it, you’re at least better situated to assess the possibility. And thus I present to you a short set of evidence proving 9/11 was a false flag attack orchestrated by the Neo-Cons and green-lighted by the Cartel above them.

In case you skipped the video (watch it!), look at this picture. Note the lower section of the building on the left is undamaged below the missing section.

Based on what we’ve been told, if dropped, each of these upper sections will fall to the earth at approximately the same speed. Because that’s what happened on 9/11 from a velocity standpoint. Unfortunately for Karl Rove’s empire of fiction, the laws of physics are pretty clear on this point. The resistance of the lower structure on the left should have substantially impeded the velocity of “collapse”, meaning that the basic laws of physics rule out the possibility of both those sections falling at anywhere near the same speed. By logic then, it’s clear that something else acted to remove the resistance of the lower building, and the only possible explanation is demolition. Only detonation charges blowing out the entire structure into a million pieces could have removed the resistance. So that begs the question, was any evidence of demolition found in the rubble?

Yes. This is a picture of a few unexploded red nano-thermite chips found by independent researchers, and verified by other independent researchers looking at entirely different samples. These chips are everywhere in every sample of the dust studied, and comprise the chemical thumbprint left behind by those who chose to murder 3,000 innocent Americans.

Further, massive amounts of molten metal were present in the rubble, and extreme heat. The heat was so intense that even after filling the entire area at ground zero with water like a lake, the fires kept burning. When was the last time you saw a fire that couldn’t be put out with water? That energy makes perfect sense in the context of thermite, however it represented a humungous problem for the official story because they had no explanation for it. Steel won’t even weaken until about 2700 degrees, but jet fuel (which would have burned off immediately anyways) only burns at a max of 1400 degrees. So how did the NIST handle this problem? They made it go away. Watch here as John Gross of the NIST denies the evidence of molten temperatures whatsoever, juxtaposed with first hand accounts of firefighters describing molten metal like a “foundry” along with tons of pictures of molten debris.

Isn’t that incredible? Note at the end of the video where Gross explains that the NIST didn’t even analyze the behavior of the buildings once the collapse started, because it was “clear from the videos what happened”. That is not science, and a rather obvious indication of a coverup. Mind you, these are just a few examples I’ve chosen from many many pieces of evidence, and I strongly encourage you to read this book to become familiar with both the evidence for 9/11 as a false flag attack, as well as the unbelievable illogical responses to the evidence by well known members of the media establishment. This is a very important issue for me personally, as I have been active in the 9/11 Truth movement for years, and have personally met with people like Richard Gage, Steven Jones, and David Ray Griffin. That’s me on the right with Abby Martin and the amazing people in San Diego 9/11 Truth.

I have fought hard to get facts like the presence of molten metal in the rubble into the public eye, and I have witnessed first hand how oppressive our media and political establishment can be. I have spoken personally with Congressmen and Senators, and I have been told to move along. Time and again our movement has pleaded with the networks for a televised debate, or with the NIST in any setting, and we have been repeatedly denied. Worse, we have been repeatedly ridiculed and marginalized, as if there was nothing to even debate. But given the long list of respected people questioning the official story, the narrative of the “crazy truther” is an obvious evasion tactic. It’s not always censorship though. There is a very strong tide within human psychology that will naturally push away information that conflicts with existing beliefs. In psychology this is known as cognitive dissonance.

Cognitive dissonance is the feeling of discomfort when simultaneously holding two or more conflicting cognitions: ideas, beliefs, values or emotional reactions. In a state of dissonance, people may sometimes feel “disequilibrium”: frustration, hunger, dread, guilt, anger, embarrassment, anxiety, etc.

For example, many people have confided to me that even if what I say here is true, they would rather not know. Others insist my facts are incorrect, even though they can’t say which one, and refuse to discuss it. Hitler understood this folly of human psychology very well:

“In the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation.”

Except it shouldn’t be so hard to believe. Consider the astonishing evolution of our species from single-cell organisms to the complexity of modern culture and consciousness. As men once looked out upon a seemingly endless ocean, today we stand before a chapter of existence with no precedent, a future where the lines will be blurred between ourselves, our brains, and our technology; our lifespans prolonged indefinitely; and our habitation of the universe pushed outwards like a seed growing in fertile soil. Taken in context, the Cartel can be seen for what it is, a small obstacle, and simply the next step for our species along an incredible journey.
